Dr. Tamara Bennett is the Pastor of This Is Pentecost Fellowship Ministries (TIP) of Sacramento, CA, and the Founder and Pastor of This Is Pentecost II of Oakland, CA.
Dr. Bennett ministers in a prophetic, evangelistic and teaching anointing; however, her most profound gift is travailing prayer. Through intercessory prayer,countless souls have been healed, delivered and transformed into the purpose and calling of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Since Pastor Bennett's tenure, of June 2000, the city of Sacramento have recognized and esteemed her accomplishments with the following awards and commendations: Honorary Doctorate from World Harvest Bible College; 1st Annual Glory Award from Sacramento Observer Newspaper, Pastor of the Month by Sacramento Gospel Journal and Most Beloved Pastor by Gospel Today magazine.
Pastor Bennett is also the CEO of the Daughters of Zion Enterpryz, Inc., where the late Mother Estella Boyd of Detroit, MI is the honorary founder. The Daughters of Zion Enterpryz, Inc. is a non-profit organization which provides career training, social graces and etiquette skills to the less fortunate citizens of Sacramento, California, under the Welfare to Work Reform Act. Dr. Bennett was recently appointed to the Executive Committee of the First Five Leading Ladies of Sacramento, which is a government program encouraging early education for children 0 - 5.
On May 17, 2003, Pastor Bennett's life was enriched and completed by the marriage of her husband Quentin Bennett. Together, along with their four children Jazzmin, Myles, Chaya, & Charis, they are labouring, murturing and building the harvest in Sacramento and Oakland, CA.
Dr. Bennett belief is that, to this end was she born: to dedicate her life to the gospel for sinners to be saved, backsliders reclaimed and for saints to be revived in the service of Jesus Christ.

During his 25 years of Pastoring, his greatest joy and passion is to teach and preach the Word and then watch God confirm His Word with signs following. He has preached extensively throughout the United States and internationally, having ministered in Australia, China, Thailand, Bangkok, Burma, and later this year (2007) he will travel to South Africa and to Nigeria. An Apostolic and Prophetic Voice called to the Nations!
On January 1, 2006 The LORD led Apostle R.D. Garrison Jr., to change the name of the ministry after 51 Years (Gen. 32:22-32) from Good Samaritan Christian Fellowship Church to “Judah The Gathering Place of Ministry Unto Jesus of Oakland, Inc.
Judah The Gathering Place of Ministry Unto Jesus is a place where anyone and everyone is welcome to come and experience the Power, the Praise, the Worship, the Word, and most of all the Personal Presence of Jesus the Christ, as King of Kings and Lord of All! “The Table Is Spread and the Feast of the Lord Is Going On” at Judah The Gathering Place! (Gen.49:10) “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty!
Apostle Garrison is the proud husband of the love of his life, his friend, and his “Boo”, Pastor Shannon Deonne Garrison. They are the blessed parents of Charles, Ashlee’, Joseph, Judah and Lanae' Camille Garrison, and their given daughter Carla Henderson, by the late Mother Doris Holloway.
Collectively, their lives, ministry, love and unique blended strengths are making a lasting impact in the lives of men and women nationally and internationally. Psalms 37:23 is their favorite scripture, “Knowing your steps and stops are ordered by God, is the key to life’s success and happiness” and know that God will help you make the “Right Turn” in you life!

Bishop Keith L. Clark is an anointed teacher/preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Originally from New Orleans , Bishop Clark was born and raised in a Christian home and is the youngest of three children.
Bishop Clark accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of seven, accepted the call to preach at the age of seventeen and accepted the call to pastor at the age of twenty-one.
Bishop Clark was educated at Christian Bible College, Union Theological Seminary and Sacramento Bible College. He has received his Bachelor of Arts Degree, Master's Degree as well as, an honorary Doctorate Degree all in Theological studies.
Bishop Clark is sought after to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ locally, nationally, and internationally. Bishop is truly imparted with a profound gift that allows him to easily and eloquently rightly divide the Word of God and convey a message prevalent to modern times. His teachings are solely based upon biblical scriptures that a congregation of all ages and ethnic backgrounds can receive instruction, reproof and insights on leading a godly life. This ability has allowed thousands of unbelievers to be lead to Jesus Christ.
God is continually pouring into Bishop Clark a concise vision to lead Word Assembly Baptist Church to Worship the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; to provide Outreach to the unsaved as well as the saved; to Reveal God's will and way from his word; and Demonstrate God's love through ministry. As the Shepherd of Word Assembly Church, he encourages worshipers to go beyond the emotionalism of church. Bishop Clark challenges members to work the Word of God in their everyday lives.
