CANCELLATION BY GUEST, REFUNDS

Reservations will be held until 30 minutes prior to departure.  No refunds will be made in
the event of "no shows", unused tickets, lost tickets, interruptions, partially used tickets,
or cancellations received late or after the start of the cruise.  A cancellation occurs when a
stateroom is released.

It strongly recommended the purchase of trip cancellation insurance from your travel
agent. Cancellation charges for individual bookings will be assessed as listed below.
CANCELLATION CHARGE PER PERSON

The penalties below apply to this cruise.  
Cancel between these dates and You will lose per person. . . . .

September 20, 2008 - December 2008           $300.00 per person.
January 27, 2009 - February 03 2009              50% of your cruise package will be nonrefundable.  
February 25, 2009 - March 12, 2009                 NO REFUND will  be given

All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by 5pm on business days.
Refund processing time is approximately  six weeks after the cruise returns on 03/20/09.   Credit card refunds must be refunded to the
card originally used.

It strongly recommended the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance from your travel agent.  If you are not purchasing the Trip
Cancellation Insurance, a Travel Insurance Acceptance/waiver form must be completed and forward to your travel agent.
